We charge flat shipping fees for all deliveries, no matter how many items are in the order. 

Mainland UK is £3.95

Scottish Highlands & Islands, Channel and Scilly Isles, IOM and NI £9.95. 

Processing times are usually 1 – 2 business* days ( excluding weekends and holidays ) with delivery times usually 2 – 4 days after this.

Estimated delivery time from order is 4 – 6 business* days, though this may take longer during busier times.

We source from multiple suppliers, who send the goods direct to you.

Because of this, your order may arrive in more than one parcel and on different days.

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer express delivery at this time.

If your delivery is outside of the UK, you are responsible for any import taxes/duties or other charges.

In the unlikely event your items are damaged or you wish to cancel the order and return the goods, we’re here to help!

 We offer returns within 28 days of receipt of the order. You can return your product for a refund to the original payment method.

Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:

Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in a good saleable condition, with any accessories included, 

in original product packaging.

Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.

Upon receipt of the return we will check for damage.

Postage for returned items is at your own expense.

For damaged goods, we offer a refund or replace policy.

We aim to respond to your query within 1 -2 business* days.

This may take longer during busier times, please bear with us, we are only human.

We aim to process returns/replacements within 2 – 4 business* days.

Any refunds processed are at the mercy of the banking system and as such usually 

take 5 – 7 business* days to return to your payment method once authorised.

It is advisable to return any items via a trackable service.

Any items lost in the mail/courier system with no tracking will be your responsibility.

Returned items will only become the responsibility of Angel Dust once in our possession.
