Sacral Chakra Singing Bowl

The Sacral Chakra, also known as Swadhisthana, is the second primary chakra according to Hindu Tantrism.

This chakra is said to be blocked by fear, especially the fear of death.

It is located just below the navel, right in the centre of your lower abdomen and in your back it is located in the lumbar spine and associated with the colour orange .

Some of its corresponding body areas and organs are the genitals, lower back and abdominal.

The sacral chakra is the centre of emotions, creativity, feelings, desires and stimulates pleasure.

A Tibetan singing bowl is a type of bell/bowl which vibrates and produces a rich tone when played.

Also known as singing bowls or Himalayan bowls, Tibetan singing bowls are said to promote relaxation and offer powerful healing properties.

Tibetan singing bowls have long been used by buddhists in meditation practice.
In addition, some wellness practitioners (including music therapists, massage therapists, and yoga therapists) use Tibetan singing bowls during treatment.
Each set comes with a bowl, wand and cushion, complete with a presentation box.
Size is approx. 11cm across x 6 cm high.
This is one bowl available from a set of seven.
Each bowl in the set emits a different tone, with the lowest note from the base chakra and the highest note from the crown chakra.
